Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is hiring a Drug Product Manufacturing Technician in Wisconsin to perform sterile and non-sterile manufacturing tasks under supervision. You will engage in aseptic filling, lyophilization, and solution preparation within cleanroom environments.

The role requires basic execution of Master Production Records, adherence to SOPs/MBRs, and safe operation of equipment. 0–2+ years experience and a high school diploma are preferred. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 0–2+ years working in a manufacturing environment, preferably pharma or medical devices.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to weigh and measure raw materials and operate basic Benchtop instruments.
• Able to follow written instructions and seek help for non-routine tasks.
• Flexible with process changes and client requirements.
• Good verbal and written skills; detail oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work habits and follow PCI safety procedures and guidelines.
• Demonstrate general knowledge of aseptic techniques.
• Prepare solutions, aseptic filling, and labeling of vials under sterile and non-sterile conditions.
• Assemble, disassemble, and operate aseptic filling equipment and lyophilizer in cleanroom environments.
• Prepare equipment for sterilization and Lyophilization; operate autoclaves and depyrogenation steps.
• Handle documentation including logbooks and batch records; ensure accuracy of production records.
• Adhere to SOPs and MBRs; escalate deviations and participate in investigations as needed.
• Contribute to media fill/aseptic proficiency tests; support continuous improvement in PCI operations.
