Qualifications

• 0–2+ years of working experience in manufacturing, preferably pharma/medical device.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to weigh and measure materials and operate basic benchtop instruments.
• Able to follow written instructions and seek help for non-routine tasks.
• Willingness to work shifts and adapt to changing processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work habits and follow PCI safety procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of aseptic techniques and perform aseptic filling and labeling.
• Prepare solutions and perform sterilization, filtration, and cleaning of equipment.
• Operate and prep aseptic filling and lyophilization equipment in cleanroom environments.
• document batch records, logbooks and SOPs accurately and timely.
• Identify deviations from normal operation and assist in investigations.
