Job summary

Pfizer Middleton is seeking a Production Technician II to support aseptic and chemical cleaning activities in our manufacturing facilities. You will operate equipment per SOPs, monitor processes, and participate in safe, compliant operations on site in Wisconsin.

You will train others, maintain logs, and coordinate with team members to keep supplies and information flowing. The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience and strong English communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to learn and use industry-standard software.
• Good interpersonal skills and experience in training others effectively.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment and processes per SOPs and master batch records.
• Responds to alarms and addresses equipment malfunctions and deviations.
• Notifies leads of issues and helps resolve problems with equipment/processes.
• Performs operator care of equipment and maintains records/logbooks.
• Trains new technicians in expected performance and behavior.
• Maintains physical inventories and ensures supplies are available.
• Communicates with team members to relay information accurately.
• Ensures all work follows safety policies and regulations.
