Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Bedford, NH is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III/Lead to supervise a team performing aseptic filling, formulation, cleaning and packaging under GMP/ISO guidelines.

You will train staff, maintain batch records, resolve equipment issues, ensure safety, and drive on-time production while upholding quality and compliance. This role requires flexibility across shifts and a proactive approach to safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in pharma or medical device industry; finished dose form preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and fill-finish experience.
• Experience in reviewing and creating controlled documents.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Ability to weigh and measure materials and operate basic benchtop instruments.
• Strong planning and prioritization for complex activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations including equipment prep and aseptic filling.
• Mentor staff and train on aseptic techniques.
• Prepare solutions, fill and label vials under sterile and nonsterile conditions.
• Operate autoclaves, lyophilizers, ovens, vial washers.
• Review batch records and maintain documentation.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality in GMP/ISO environments.
• Coordinate tasks and shift direction.
• Travel – <10%.
