Responsibilities

• Operates equipment and processes per SOPs and master batch records.
• Responds to alarms and addresses equipment malfunctions and deviations.
• Notifies leads or managers of issues with equipment or materials.
• Works to resolve equipment and process problems as required.
• Performs operator care of equipment as required.
• Maintains inventories to ensure supplies are available when needed.
• Keeps accurate records and logbooks.
• Communicates information clearly between work teams.
• Follows safety policies and regulations at all times.
• Trains new technicians in standards of performance and behavior.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
