RK Industries in Denver seeks a seasoned Production Leader to oversee a world-class production and installation team across modular fabrication and construction services. You will drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, safety culture, and continuous improvement, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while developing talent and safeguarding quality.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Production, Manufacturing, or Construction.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, hire, develop, and mentor.
• Experience in off-site manufacturing/modular environments.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Safety leadership and zero-injury culture focus.
• Ability to drive change and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and train a world-class production and installation team.
• Provide leadership for the production operation delivering quality products productively and efficiently.
• Recruit, develop, and train a high performance team
• Ensure that production processes are optimized for each product and that process controls are in place
• Designs, implements and leads best-in-class business production processes
• Oversees technical and professional development of the Production team and function
• Lead in continual improvement, corrective action and customer satisfaction practices.
