Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision for assigned project processes, including safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Drive the application of Lean Manufacturing tools and concepts to achieve improvements.
• Train, mentor, and grow production team members to build a high performing workforce.
• Supervise manufacturing personnel, ensuring alignment, engagement, development, and retention of talent.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager to provide tactical input on manufacturing support and execution.
• Participate in developing and implementing manufacturing processes, including hazard analysis and safety procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency and waste reduction.
• Perform other comparable duties as instructed by management.
