Qualifications

• Strong leadership and work ethic to build a world-class Production Operation.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, or construction.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and mentor production resources.
• Experience in off-site manufacturing and modular environments.
• Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO, 5S experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and train a production and installation team.
• Lead production operations delivering quality, efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Ensure safety and zero-injury culture.
• Oversee design of best-in-class production processes.
