Job summary

RK Industries in the Denver metro area seeks a Lead Quality Manager to own the Quality Management System across fabrication and manufacturing facilities. You will set compliance standards, drive continuous improvement, and lead teams responsible for quality, training, and process excellence.

You will guide senior quality initiatives, collaborate with engineering and operations, and influence corporate strategy while ensuring projects meet codes and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing expertise required.
• Strong Quality Management background with ISO QMS knowledge.
• Proven P&L management experience and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System across fabrication and manufacturing facilities.
• Direct inspections, testing, and QA/QC activities to ensure code compliance.
• Mentor quality personnel and operations leads to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to transition design to production.
