Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily and weekly reports on production flow, performance, and operations.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to identify improvements in production, quality, safety, and workflow.
• Supervise hourly production employees on safety, productivity, and policy compliance.
• Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Lead periodic safety meetings and reinforce safe work practices.
