Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor in Spartanburg, SC to lead a team of Production Operators and Team Leaders, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output. You will drive daily production activities, monitor schedules, and uphold customer specs while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, familiarity with ERP/MRP and robotic welding processes, and strong

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree in Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
3-5 years minimum manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Production Operators and Team Leaders to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations.
Plan, organize, and direct daily production activities to meet customer requirements and departmental objectives.
Monitor production schedules and staffing to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Drive safety performance and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance and career growth.
Maintain and review production reports, labor records, and quality documentation.
