Job summary

Albaugh LLC in Missouri is seeking a Supervisor for our manufacturing unit to lead a team of technicians in daily operations, driving safety, product quality, and optimization. You will develop your team, influence practices, and ensure reliable production.

Reporting to the department manager, you will operate and monitor equipment, oversee safety and housekeeping, and support environmental and health requirements while meeting business objectives and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Requires safety focus and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime to support continuous operations.
• Strong commitment to safety and reliability in a chemical/industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively operate and control equipment in the manufacturing unit.
• Maintain and monitor process equipment per procedures.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping in operating areas.
• Support Responsible Care principles and health, safety, and security of personnel and facilities.
• Lead team in environmental, safety, and health compliance.
• Perform additional work as assigned by manager.
