Alamo Group in Michigan is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a production line, coordinate planning, and train teammates with clear written and verbal instructions. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and emphasizes safety, efficiency, and quality.

You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, read blueprints, and manage daily priorities while maintaining a clean, compliant work area. The company will cover First Aid/CPR/AED training as needed.

Formación

• Excellent attendance history with the company.
• No corrective actions in the last year.
• Ability to adapt to changing assignments across departments.
• Basic skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and JDE.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and prioritization to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Encourage a team environment.
• Set team expectations and provide required resources to meet deadlines.
• Guide employees through problem-solving and process improvements.
• Lead and mentor team members.
• Lead daily safety discussions and monitor safe work areas.
• Apply continuous improvement methods to sustain quality.
