Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 10-20 person manufacturing team at the Napoleon, OH facility. The role focuses on safety, productivity, and quality while driving continuous improvement.

You will coach staff, oversee training, and ensure adherence to company policies and lean practices. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to coach, develop and build a strong team of employees.
• Strong listening and clear communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a results-oriented environment.
• College degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Leads a manufacturing production team to meet productivity, safety, and quality goals.
• Provides coaching and timely feedback; administers disciplinary actions as needed.
• Conducts quarterly and annual reviews for team members.
• Oversees training programs, process documentation, and safety compliance.
• Collaborates with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to improve quality and efficiency.
• Tracks productivity and manages costs using lean manufacturing principles.
