Qualifications

• 3+ years in plastic manufacturing or similar environment.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and communicate daily maintenance tasks with Technicians.
• Monitor compliance with work orders using maintenance software.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts inventories.
• Ensure safety permits and training for staff and contractors.
• Schedule preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
