Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team in Napoleon, OH. The role focuses on coordinating daily maintenance tasks, ensuring safety, and maintaining equipment reliability to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coach a team while communicating effectively with production and management. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, develop and build a strong team of employees.
• Strong listening and clear communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and communicates daily maintenance tasks based on priority needs.
• Reviews compliance to planned work orders and reports status updates.
• Maintains up-to-date maintenance data, records, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensures spare part lists are available and equipment is compatible with upgrades.
• Coordinates with production staff to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Develops standardized maintenance procedures and preventative maintenance methods.
• Plans and schedules preventative and predictive maintenance.
