Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in Napoleon, OH, driving safety, productivity and quality. The role focuses on developing a high-performing team of 10–20 members and meeting production standards.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, coaching, performance reviews, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and lean practices while coordinating with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and knowledge of environmental compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to perform basic math and read production data.

Responsibilities

• Hire, schedule, and supervise full-time and temporary staff.
• Provide timely coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to improve processes.
• Monitor productivity and manage costs using lean methods.
