Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to enforce SOPs, GMPs and safety standards.
• Experience coaching and developing staff.
• Ability to manage production to plan and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 30-person team to meet production plan.
• Enforce SOPs, safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure quality objectives via GMPs, sanitation and product checks.
• Provide ongoing coaching to meet job requirements and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production management for handoffs.
• Maintain records and manage scheduling and attendance.
