Qualifications

• Lead a team of about 30 to meet production plan.
• Ensure SOPs/SSOPs are followed for all positions.

• Coach staff to achieve targets and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deploy production plan on time and within budget.
• Maintain safe working environment and proper PPE.
• Lead onboarding, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with QA, engineering, and maintenance to maximize line efficiency.
• Report on daily targets and variances in meetings.
