Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the job performance of employees on assigned shift to meet safety, quality, production and waste standards.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel and monitoring progress.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve labor efficiency, utilization, housekeeping and productivity.
• Measures and evaluates employee performance against company standards for quality and career advancement.
• Collaborates with engineering and maintenance to modify processes and equipment for better production and quality.
• Performs daily audits of key processes to ensure optimum performance.
