Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Leader to manage production across multiple departments. The role focuses on driving productivity, safety, and quality while steering the team toward ambitious KPI targets.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration, with a background in high-volume, high-mix environments and a Lean/Six Sigma mindset. SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering or related field.
• Experience in a high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to train employees in productivity and safety.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources to ensure high productivity levels.
• Oversee hourly and salaried employees across multiple departments and shifts.
• Track KPIs: Safety Near Miss, Quality/Scrap, Volume/Productivity, Lead-Time.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve productivity across all product lines.
• Set production goals and align team to achieve them.
• Provide coaching and motivate teams to think and act collaboratively.
• Coordinate with senior management on issues and obstacles.
• Create staff schedules and standard work for all roles.
• Ensure safe, clean, organized working environment and compliance with procedures.
• Support annual budgeting and long-term manufacturing forecasts.
