Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Production Technician to support the production department by meeting productivity and quality standards. You will lead operators, analyze production trends, and assist in data management across engineering and field teams.

The role emphasizes safe work practices, incident-free performance, and collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training will be provided to technicians on plant operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; prioritization skills to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Resolves practical problems in varied situations with limited standardization.
• Performs tasks in operations per Master Task List.
• Provides training to technicians on plant operations.
• Promotes a safe and healthy production environment and practices.
• Establishes high performance standards with integrity.
• Supports production data management with field personnel and engineering staff.
• Leads and directs operators to ensure production integrity.
• Creates production graphs and analyzes trends using Aries, DSS, Excel and Access.
• Develops failure databases for artificial lift and assists in performance analysis.
• Supports data management and technical evaluation within the team.
