Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees on assigned shift to ensure safety, quality, production and waste standards.
• Execute production plan by scheduling personnel, setting priorities, monitoring progress and adjusting schedules.
• Develop and implement plans to improve labor efficiency, utilization, housekeeping, and productivity.
• Compile and analyze production performance data and respond to inquiries.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and coordinate with engineering and maintenance on process/equipment changes.
• Conduct daily audits of key processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Evaluate employee performance and nurture a cross-functional skills base for the team.
• Foster teamwork and maintain a safe, positive work environment.
• Communicate and enforce company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping practices.
