Job summary

ProAmpac in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Production Manager to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

This leadership role focuses on Lean, Six Sigma, and TQM to optimize lines, improve OEE, and elevate safety, quality, and productivity. You will manage a large production team and own P&L with strategic oversight from the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations leadership in manufacturing (300+ employees preferred).
• Proven track record with high-speed packaging or converting operations.
• Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TQM principles.
• Strong P&L management experience with budget accountability.

Responsibilities

• Direct Production teams in a large, fast-paced facility.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost OEE, safety, quality and productivity.
• Own P&L with budget accountability and strategic operation planning.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
