Job summary

Cirba Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage daily operations of the production department. You will assign tasks, monitor output, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while keeping open communication with team members and management.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, mechanical aptitude, and strong organizational skills to maintain staffing, train staff, and generate accurate daily reports.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership or supervisory experience.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Must be able to pass physical and fit testing for respiratory protection if required.
• Standing or sitting for long durations is necessary.
• First aid, CPR, and AED certification or ability to obtain.
• Forklift license (propane, electric, aerial platform, turret) or ability to obtain one.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Able to communicate in English (read/write).
• Advanced analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations and assign work to employees.
• Generate daily reports including output, compliance, and shift summaries.
• Maintain adequate staffing and participate in hiring decisions.
• Coordinate training and mentoring of new employees with Team Leads and HR.
• Enforce safety, PPE usage, and work area cleanliness.
• Manage time and attendance records in the ERP system.
• Interface with engineering for work cell changes and process improvements.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and incident reports as needed.
