Job summary

Qualifications

• One to two years of college or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Five to eight years of production experience.
• Five plus years in supervisory roles.
• LEAN manufacturing experience is required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes workload to meet production commitments and schedules daily duties.
• Supervises, trains, and develops staff for process control and efficiency.
• Controls issuance of operating supplies to minimize waste.
• Verifies batch records and notes, ensuring compliance with CFR and cGMP.
• Develops and revises Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensures HACCP and Food Safety compliance.
• Interfaces with support departments to resolve problems quickly.
