Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with lean manufacturing tools and Six Sigma methods.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the production line for efficiency.
• Apply lean and Six Sigma methods to optimize processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and healthy work environment.
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product standards.
• Coordinate with other departments for production planning and scheduling.
• Identify and implement procedural improvements for efficiency.
• Provide leadership and support to the production team.
• Report production activities and KPIs to senior management.
