Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Associate degree with 5+ years of manufacturing experience accepted.
• High School Diploma with 10+ years of manufacturing experience and at least 2 years in leadership.

• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and develop production associates.
