Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in a combined production and leadership role in high precision machining.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience with MS Office, CAD/CAM; knowledge of ERP and PDM tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees across multiple manufacturing functions and ensure productivity and quality goals.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff; plan and assign work; manage performance.
• Ensure teams have tools, equipment, and information to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Interpret operating procedures and communicate policies; foster cross-team collaboration.
• Plan production schedules, labor, and resources; coordinate with vendors for tooling and supplies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and coach direct reports.
