Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is partnering with Ludington-area manufacturers to identify experienced Production Supervisors. This role focuses on leading daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output.

Qualifications include a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in manufacturing with 2+ in supervision, and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma. ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and data analysis skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
Supervise and train production line personnel, fostering a high-performance team.
Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet specifications.
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
