Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control processes.
• Proficiency in using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality standards on the production floor.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to foster skill development and performance.
• Schedule and assign work to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on key performance indicators.
