The Pivot Group Network is partnering with Portage-based manufacturers to add a Production Supervisor to their teams. You will oversee daily production activities, monitor schedules, and coach a high-performance staff to meet quality and output targets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing (2+ in leadership), strong lean and continuous improvement knowledge, and proficiency with MES and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years in leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to improve production efficiency and meet quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MES and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Train and mentor production staff, fostering a high-performance team.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and production issues to minimize downtime.
