Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years in leadership or supervision.
• Ability to manage and optimize production processes for efficiency.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards (ISO, GMP).
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and personnel for efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality control to resolve issues.
• Monitor schedules and adjust staffing/workflows to meet deadlines.
• Train and mentor staff on new processes and safety.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies on the floor.
• Conduct regular quality checks and address deviations.
• Maintain production records and generate reports on output and downtime.
