Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a production team.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software/tools (ERP/MES).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production line personnel for a safe, productive environment.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve processes.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations; promote continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods with accurate record-keeping.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
