Job summary

Mahoney Environmental is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee processing operations, lead a production team, and maintain production records. This role ensures, trains, and supports frontline staff in achieving daily targets while upholding quality and safety standards.

The position coordinates with maintenance, monitors inventory, and guides load blending reviews to sustain efficient material flow across shifts. It requires a hands-on leader who can adapt to changing demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least three years leading production or processing staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Oracle software.
• Strong time management and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work in varying conditions and lift up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Directs and schedules daily production activities.
• Reviews production numbers and adjusts plans.
• Coordinates preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Oversees new operator training.
• Enforces safety and environmental policies.
• Maintains material flow to optimize costs.
• Operates equipment and performs production tasks as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
