Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing supervision.
• Strong visual skills to monitor production processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish production expectations for efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Oversee daily production, manage work instructions, support productivity.
• Monitor metrics, educate on performance, implement improvements.
• Provide resources to hourly personnel to meet daily goals.
• Communicate effectively with employees in writing and verbally.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities.
• Uphold plant policies and operate manual and automated production equipment.
• Coach team members and support development.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring and training.
• Assist in CI programs development and implementation.
