Job summary

You will oversee manufacturing steps from receiving through packaging, maintain equipment and sanitation standards, and collaborate with HR to handle performance and discipline as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing, preferably food/beverage.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Certification/license may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assign work, and direct production employees to meet daily goals.
• Monitor production steps to ensure standards across receiving, processing, packaging.
• Oversee equipment, ensure cleaning, and arrange repairs as needed.
• Promote safe work behaviors and report injuries to HR; may lead safety meetings.
• Ensure food safety and quality compliance; administer related policies.
• Supervise production scheduling and material staging for orders.
