Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct production staff to meet daily goals.
• Monitor steps of production (receiving, standardizing, pasteurizing, etc.).
• Ensure equipment is clean, functional and repaired promptly.
• Promote safety and investigate incidents; report to HR as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and GMP standards.
• Supervise scheduling to align with orders and inventory.
• Suggest improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain positive relationships and resolve employee issues with HR support.
• Lead shift meetings and performance evaluations, coaching staff.
• Maintain safe working conditions and regulatory compliance.
