3A Recruiting LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor in Texas to manage the production schedule, assign staff, and drive continuous-improvement initiatives. You will support hiring, train new employees, and maintain records to optimize productivity and safety.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of sanitation programs, and the ability to implement corrective actions. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 annually with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of work experience.
• Shipping and receiving.
• Sanitation and Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).
• Corrective and preventive action.

Responsabilités

• Plan and monitor production, set schedules, and coach staff.
• Control quality, record batch codes, and perform QA tests.
• Prepare production and safety reports for management.
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety.
• Train staff and cross-train across production areas.
