Qualifications

• Proven track record of understanding product and labor cost variances.
• Must be able to make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Meet weekly with Supervisors and Managers to review production KPIs.
• Analyze and report on production capacity and staffing levels.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve plant efficiencies.

Skills

Strong presentation, communication, training, and interpersonal skills

Strong Microsoft Office suite

Active listening skills

LEAN / Six Sigma / TMM experience

Ability to drive safety & safe behaviors

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering or related field

Master's degree in a relevant field
