Job summary

The Bernard Group, Inc. in Chanhassen, MN is seeking an experienced Fixture Project Manager to join a 900-person, employee-owned team delivering world-class merchandising fixtures for top brands.

This full-time role focuses on cross-functional planning, execution, and timely delivery within budget using Pace and PM tools. You will coordinate with AE/AM/Senior PM, manage client expectations, and uphold brand standards while thriving in our fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• Previous work experience as a project manager.
• Experience working in digital print, merchandising fixture production and/or the retail industry.
• Worked in a fast-paced mid-size company.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage projects from beginning to end with defined scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timeline, milestones and costs.
• Gather costs for estimating based on client expectations and material/labor costs.
• Identify and manage dependencies while planning for schedules, delivery and hand-offs.
• Inform department managers of resources needed and communicate deliverables and timeline per TBG processes.
• Contact and negotiate with contractors and freelancers within budget and ensure NDAs are signed.
• Produce projects using Pace and follow established processes with complete files and data.
• Communicate data and status using email and PM tools to keep teammates informed.
• Understand clients’ brand and design standards and ensure team compliance.
• Track milestones and ensure on-time, on-budget shipping; manage scope changes.
• Collect and document expenses and prepare invoice information for Accounts Payable.
• Perform miscellaneous projects and tasks as requested by Management.
