Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree in technical discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and adjust team workload as necessary.
• Increase effectiveness by providing tools, training, and standardized processes.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure proper workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Mentor junior team members and train or assign training to new hires, and promote mentoring.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; address complaints.
• Ensure production areas are clean, organized, and a professional environment.
• Drive improvements by reviewing processes, team performance, response times, and quality of service.
• Promote and monitor development of team members and coordinate training plans.
• Ensure materials and tools are in place to meet delivery schedules.
