WEG Electric Corp. is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Pennsylvania Modification Center to supervise motor modification production and personnel, ensuring task clarity and timely delivery. The role requires strong team leadership and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities include workload management, training, process improvements, and cross-department coordination to meet production targets while maintaining safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in technical discipline preferred.
• 5 years' experience in production of electric motor construction/modifications and/or gearbox assembly or comparable.

Responsibilities

• Effectively evaluate and adjust team workload.
• Increase effectiveness by providing tools, training, and standardized processes.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure proper workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Mentor junior team members and training of new hires.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities: hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
