The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in manufacturing or a related setting and is comfortable in a hands-on role. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually with a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within production, manufacturing, industrial, or related environment.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing, aggregates, mining, or construction materials preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hands-on operational environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and direction to production employees.
• Support safety, quality, productivity, and operational objectives.
• Coach, train, and develop team members.
• Monitor production workflow and address operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and other teams.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and safety practices are followed.
