Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive productivity, and uphold quality and safety standards at our Indiana facility. This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing employees, improving processes, and achieving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will command strong communication, solve problems, and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Leadership teams to meet production schedules and customer delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or process optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production personnel during daily operations.
• Ensure production schedules and customer delivery requirements are met.
• Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance and engagement.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Leadership teams.
• Track production metrics and prepare reports as required.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
