Job summary

Orbia Connectivity Solutions Dura-Line in Elyria, OH is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team on the day shift. You will coach and mentor staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement on the line.

The role requires 3–5+ years of production experience with direct reports, strong leadership, and proficiency with scheduling and ERP/SAP systems. A hands-on, results‑oriented leader is valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years production experience with direct reports and shop floor accountability.
• Experience with scrap management, safety behaviors, and quality controls.
• Strong leadership and prioritization under deadline pressure.
• Experience with workforce scheduling and overtime management.
• Lean manufacturing experience (5S, Six Sigma, continuous improvement) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of daily operations including staffing, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Ensure procedures are followed and safety standards met.
• Drive process improvements and maintain strong employee relations.
• Balance quality, safety, morale, productivity, and cost.
• Administer training, qualification, and performance management.
