Job summary

Dura-Line, part of Orbia Connectivity Solutions, is hiring a Production Supervisor in Elyria, Ohio on a night shift (2-2-3 schedule). You will lead daily operations, coach a manufacturing team, ensure safety, quality, and on-time production.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of production experience with direct reports and shop floor accountability.
• Experience with scrap management, safety behaviors, and quality controls increasing site efficiency, employee engagement, and turnover reduction.
• Strong leadership skills, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and ability to prioritize with urgency.
• Familiar with workforce scheduling, overtime management, and other labor deployment practices.
• Lean manufacturing exposure (5S, tier meetings, Six Sigma, continuous improvement) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/SAP; ability to generate attendance, machine efficiency, and scrap reports.

• Direct supervision of daily operations such as staffing, quality control, and schedule adherence.
• Hold the team accountable for following established procedures and conduct standards.
• Enable the team to drive process improvements and ensure effective employee relations.
• Balance quality, safety, morale, productivity, and cost to achieve positive results.
• Responsible for training, qualification, proficiency, and performance management of employees.
• Build a team with open communication and a voice for all members.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and raise challenges and opportunities.
