Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an hourly team on the shop floor, champion safety, and drive operational excellence in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. You will own team performance, address issues proactively, and ensure quality products meet production targets.

You will apply Lean/Six Sigma methods, utilize data for downtime reduction, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration with union partners and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3–7+ years of supervisory/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and MDMP is a plus.
