Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ supervisory experience including team building, facilitation, mentoring and follow-through.
• Knowledge of production management in the concrete industry or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations, ensuring efficient concrete production.
• Manage production schedules, supervise staff, and enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and troubleshoot with maintenance teams.
• Coordinate raw material deliveries, maintain inventory, and optimize processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
