Job summary

Boone Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking a Mid Level Production Supervisor to oversee adults with disabilities on the production floor within a manufacturing environment. This role plans work, enforces policies, and drives improvements in methods, equipment, and safety while ensuring quality and timely output.

The supervisor may oversee multiple lines, supports training, and collaborates with management to maintain a high standard of work while promoting a respectful, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with people with disabilities preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide line setups that maximize production efficiency.
• Meet quality standards per BOM specifications.
• Enter labor, production and quality data in our software system.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees to perform their tasks effectively.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Supervise multiple production lines as needed and improve processes.
